SSC CHSL 2016 results for written exam have been announced after a delay of nearly 8 long months. This is the for the first time, that SSC results are delayed for that long time and when the results were announced, SSC Website, was flooded with candidates waiting to check their results, many were stunned to see the Introduction of Descriptive Paper for CHSL Exams.

This is for the first time, we have a descriptive paper in CHSL-2016 Exam.

In the results that were announced on 29th July, 2016,out of 30 lakh candidates, that appeared for the exam in the month of Nov/Dec 2015, only 60 thousand made it to the next stage of the Exam (ie Descriptive Paper). ie. Only 2 % of the appearing candidates. that means 98% candidates are left disappointed.

If, you are one of those, who is not selected in the CHSL 2015 Results, then, you should start preparing for SSC CHSL 2016 Exam, as the Notification, will be announced for next month. It is expected that there will be around 6,000 posts in the CHSL 2016 Exam.

First, you must note that Descriptive paper is only for those, who have Qualified the CHSL Written Exam, that means, all the 60,000+ shortlisted candidates, will have to appear in the descriptive paper.
