Qualification and Experience:
(1) MBA from a recognized University or a reputed institute recognized by Government authorities. Preference will be given for those having specialization in Marketing

(2) 10 years of Marketing or Business development experience in responsible positions with focus on marketing expansion as well as 05 years of experience in a leadership role, in Retail / Consumer Banking.

Educational Qualification and Eligibility:
(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Government authority.
(2) Minimum 20 years of commissioned service in the Indian Armed Forces and having operating and working knowledge of Computerized working environment & systems.
(3) Eligibility - Retired / In-service officer of the rank of Brigadier in the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Indian Navy / Indian Air Force with at least two years service in that grade / scale or above and Medical Category of Shape-1.
