Qualification and Experience:
Deputy General Manager (Safety) -> Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL (OR) Engineer holding AME licence. Minimum 09 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC.
Asstt. General Manager (HR) -> Candidate should be in possession of MBA's or holding Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of 07 years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/ CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Manager (FOQA) -> Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H). Minimum 03 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/ CTC having knowledge about preparation of FDR/CVR readouts and their analysis will be an added advantage.
Manager (Safety) -> Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL (OR) Engineer holding AME licence. Minimum 03 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC. The incumbent should have experience in incident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation is required.
Manager (Internal Audit) -> CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of three years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.

Qualification and Experience:
General Manager (Operations) -> Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 5000 hrs of Helicopter Flying out of which 1000 hrs as PIC + IR. Candidate should have 15 years experience in administration of operations out of which two years in the next below grade or equivalent responsibility/ CTC in any Airline / Defence Aviation.
Joint General Manager (Operations Administration) -> Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 4500 hrs of Helicopter Flying experience including 1000 hrs as PIC + IR. Candidate should have 12 (twelve) years of experience in administration of operations out of which two years in the next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC in any Airline / Defence Aviation.
Experienced Helicopter Flight Engineers -> Candidates should be holding current Flight Engineer Licence on Jet Engine Aircraft with flying experience of 1050 hrs OR Ex-IAF/ Army/ Navy Flight Engineer having experience of 1050 hrs, out of which 500 hrs should be on Mi-17/ Mi-8 helicopters with Category 'A' & 'B' proficiency rating.
Experienced / Fresh Helicopter Pilots -> Pilots holding current & valid licence - CHPL or ATPL (H).
